Pivot Enterprise Solutions is looking for an Accountant to join our team in Tirana.
This is not a junior role!
This position is suitable for a candidate with solid practical experience in accounting, monthly tax declarations, preparation of financial statements, knowledge of legal/administrative procedures related to businesses, as well as strong analytical skills for reporting and client communication.
What You Will Do
- Manage accounting processes for multiple clients/companies
- Record, review, and organize sales and purchase invoices
- Prepare and submit monthly tax declarations through e-Filing
- Handle payroll calculations and related declarations
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements
- Monitor tax deadlines and client obligations
- Support clients with basic business-related administrative procedures
- Communicate directly with clients and the internal team
- Work with accounting software, Excel, and ERP-based processes
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 5 - 7 years of practical experience in accounting
- Strong knowledge of the Albanian Chart of Accounts
- Hands-on experience with tax declarations through e-Filing
- Good knowledge of VAT, Corporate Income Tax, Withholding Tax, payroll and social/health contributions
- Basic understanding of the Albanian Labour Code related to payroll and employment obligations
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with accounting softwares
- Ability to manage multiple clients, tasks, and deadlines at the same time
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Strong Advantages
- Previous experience in an accounting firm
- Experience with ERP systems
- Experience in preparing or assisting with financial statements
- Basic knowledge of customs procedures
- Good level of English
- Good communication and organizational skills

- Experience with Odoo or other ERP systems
- Good level of English
- Basic knowledge of customs procedures
- Financial reporting experience
