STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

Welcome to Pivot Enterprise Solutions (PIVOT). By engaging with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services: PIVOT provides accounting, tax, financial consulting, and system implementation services as specified in agreements or quotations.
2. Client Responsibilities: Clients are required to provide accurate and complete documentation to facilitate service delivery. Any changes to agreed services must be requested in writing at least 30 days in advance.
3. Confidentiality: PIVOT ensures the confidentiality of all client data. Information will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or authorized by the client.
4. Payment Terms: Payments are due within 10 days of invoice issuance. Late payments will incur a penalty of 2% of the outstanding amount for each day of delay.
5. Termination: Agreements can be terminated with 30 days' written notice or immediately in cases of breach of terms, insolvency, or failure to provide required documentation or payments.
6. Liability: PIVOT’s responsibility is limited to the accurate execution of services based on the information provided by the client. PIVOT is not liable for errors arising from incomplete or inaccurate client-provided data.
7. Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of Albania. Any disputes will be resolved amicably or through the Tirana District Court if necessary.
